ChatGPT Prompting

To use Eloquent with ChatGPT, visit chat.openai.com and enable Eloquent from the extension icon or keyboard shortcut. Toggle to the Prompt Assistant tool using the navigation in the bottom left.

When you send a message from the prompt bar, it's automatically inserted and sent to your ChatGPT conversation.

Commands for ChatGPT

Eloquent has a number of built-in commands specifically for improving the experience of prompting ChatGPT.

New Chat

A convenience command for starting a new chat.

Regenerate response

Directs ChatGPt to regenerate the last response.

Copy Resposne

Copy the last response to your clipboard.

Copy Code

Copy the first code block in the last response to your clipboard, if it exists.

Add Response to Notepad

Copy the last response from ChatGPT into your notepad for storing or editing.

Taking Notes with ChatGPT

A benefit of using Eloquent to prompt ChatGPT is that you can also easily take notes directly on the response and highlight useful information into your notepad.
